Create and assign patient groups

Create patient groups in Scrypt HQ and assign patient profiles to them to organise your customers.

Create a patient group

1. Open the patient groups page

Go to Scrypt HQ > More > Patient Groups.

2. Add a new group

Click Add New.

3. Name the group

Enter the name of the group.

4. Save

Click Save.

Assign a profile to a patient group

1. Edit the customer details

Open the patient profile and, under Customer Details, click Edit.

2. Select the group

Under Group, select the desired patient group.

3. Save

Click Save. The profile is now assigned to the patient group.
