Sending the same type of message to many customers can take unnecessary time. Set up a pre-selected message for a faster workflow.
Create a pre-selected message
Go to Scrypt.HQ > Communications.
Select Settings.
Select the Customer Messages tab, then Create a custom message.
Type your desired message. Click the merge tags to create a personalised message when it is selected in a patient's profile.
Select Submit.
Your message is now available in the pre-selected messages dropdown when sending a message for a customer.
