How to set up and design pre-selected / custom message

Sending out the same type of message for many customers can take up unnecessary time. It is recommended to set up a Pre-selected message for faster workflow.


2. Select Settings

3. Select the Customer Messages Tab > Create a custom message

4. Type in your desired message. Click on the Merge Tags to create personalised message when the message is selected in a patients profile.

5. Submit

Your message will now be available in the pre-selected messages drop-down when sending a message for a customer.
