Your Scrypt dedicated phone number is your pharmacy's personal mobile number for sending SMS to your customers. Customers can reply to this number to communicate with you, and their messages are received within Scrypt.
Find your dedicated phone number in Scrypt HQ
Go to Scrypt HQ > More > Settings.
Scroll down to the Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number field.
