Advanced Search & Bulk Communications to notify customers of your services

Steps on how to complete an advanced search and bulk SMS to send out notifications to your patient base

Form your list of patients with "Advanced Search"

  1. Click Advanced in Search Client or this link: Advanced Search

  2. Select Dispense Search

  3. Set your search criteria:

    1. Has Mobile: True (good idea)

    2. Last Visit From: ~12 months (good idea)

  4. Click Search to review your list of patients

  5. When you are happy click Schedule Bulk SMS


Schedule a Message to a list of Patients

  1. Select a Date and Time - blank schedule will send now

  2. Use a Custom Template or write your Message

    1. Use the tags to personalise the message

    2. It is best practice to include an option to unsubscribe ie "OptOut: STOP" or use the <<OptOutLink>> tag at the end of your message

  3. Remove invalid numbers if there is a warning

  4. Double check your scheduled Date and Time + your Message Content

  5. Click Schedule Bulk SMS

  6. If you see this confirmation toast, your message is scheduled to send

  7. Scroll Down to review/edit your Upcoming Comms or Bulk Comms History
