Scrypt Analytics is not loading: restart the scrypt-db service

If Scrypt Analytics opens to a blank screen, restart the scrypt-db service on your dispense server to reconnect.

If you open Scrypt Analytics and get a blank screen like the example below, restarting the scrypt-db service usually reconnects it.

Open the Services app

  1. Click the Start button, or press the Windows key on your keyboard.

  2. Start typing Services.

  3. Select the Services app.

Restart the scrypt-db service

  1. Find scrypt-db in the list.

  2. Right-click scrypt-db to show the options.

  3. Click Start, Resume, or Restart. A brief restart window may appear with a loading bar. Wait until it finishes and the status of scrypt-db shows Running.

The scrypt-db service is now running.

Reload Scrypt Analytics

  1. Return to Scrypt Analytics.

  2. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R).

Your Scrypt Analytics page should now be visible.
