Note: Complete this guide on your dispense server computer.
If you open Scrypt Analytics and get a blank screen like the example below, restarting the scrypt-db service usually reconnects it.
Open the Services app
Click the Start button, or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
Start typing Services.
Select the Services app.
Restart the scrypt-db service
Find scrypt-db in the list.
Right-click scrypt-db to show the options.
Click Start, Resume, or Restart. A brief restart window may appear with a loading bar. Wait until it finishes and the status of scrypt-db shows Running.
The scrypt-db service is now running.
Reload Scrypt Analytics
Return to Scrypt Analytics.
Refresh the page (Ctrl+R).
Your Scrypt Analytics page should now be visible.
