Note: This guide must be completed on your dispense server computer.
When you open Scrypt Analytics but you get a blank screen like the example below.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to help get Scrypt reconnected.
How to Restart the Scrypt-db Service
On your Desktop:
Click the Start/Windows button, or Press the Windows button on your keyboard.
Start typing “Services”
Select the Services app
In the Services app:
Find scrypt-db.
Hover your mouse over scrypt-db and right-click to show options
Click “Start”/’Resume”/”Restart”. A brief restart modal may apear with a loading bar. wait until this is complete and the Status of scrypt-db displays "Running".
The scrypt-db service is now running.
In your Web-browser:
Return to Scrypt Analytics.
Refresh the page (CRTL+R).
Your Scrypt Analytics page should now be visible.
