You can order your medications from your pharmacy directly in the Scrypt Mobile app. Follow these steps.
1. Log in and open the Medication page
Log in to the Scrypt Mobile app with your username and password, then go to the Medication page to view your available medications.
2. Add medications to your cart
Tap the cart icon next to each medication you want to order. The icon changes to a tick once selected, and the cart icon at the top right updates as you add items. The By Medication view groups similar prescriptions into a therapy; since not all therapies are interchangeable at the pharmacy, the By Script view can be easier to use.

3. Open your cart
Tap the cart icon at the top right to review your order.
4. (Optional) Add non-medication items
Tap + Add medications or products at the top of the cart to request additional products such as vitamins or health items. Not all items may be in stock, and the pharmacy may offer suitable alternatives.
5. Review and finalise your order
In the cart you can review your medications, add notes for the pharmacist, choose Pick Up or Delivery, and select your brand preference. When ready, tap Request Order. If your order contains eScripts, you may first need to Validate Order to confirm they are active and not already dispensed or expired.
6. Order requested
You will see a confirmation that your order has been sent to your pharmacy for processing.
Your pharmacy will process the order and usually send you an SMS when it is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
