1. Go to ScryptHQ > Tasks
This is where you will find new customer orders for you to action
2. Find your next customer order and click on the "Customer Order" or the Note section of the task to open up the customers order.
3. From here you can complete a range of things that suit the customers order.
Below are main steps:
A. Checkbox each medication you wish to complete
B. Select Send to Queue* *Dispense Software limitations may apply
A send to queue modal will show.
C. Check any additional information required to send to the Dispense Queue. Then select Send to queue.
Success!
This is where you now dispense the medications in your Dispense software as part of your regular dispensing procedure.
D. Once the dispensing of each item is completed. In ScryptHQ, Update the status of the order by either updating each medication's status, or
E. Updating the overall order. Then select Update order
F. Send message back to customer to notify them that their order is now ready. Select Update Order
Success! You have now just completed a customers order, and the 'Customer Order" tasks has also been completed and cleared from your Tasks lists.
Updating the Item's Status
You can update individual items in the customer orders to exactly what is required. Below is a list of the options and what actions will occur after.
Item Status | Meaning | Action when updating the overall order. |
Pending | This item has yet to be dispensed for the item to be updated. | Order Status - Remain as Pending
Task - Customer Order task will still remain in the task list with the same date
Message to customer - Nil |
Completed | This item has been dispensed and ready for collection. | Order Status - Marked as ready for collection/scheduled for delivery.
Task - Customer Order task will marked as completed and removed from Task list.
Message to customer - "Your Order # is now complete and ready for collection" |
Sent To Queue | This item's prescription has been sent to the Dispense Queue | Order Status - Nil
Task - Customer Order task will still remain in the task list with the same date
Message to customer - "Your Order # is now complete and ready for collection" |
On Order | This item has been dispensed, but the pharmacy has no stock, you can select a date of when the stock is due to arrive in store | Order Status - Nil
Task - Customer Order task will be moved to the new date that the ordered item will be expected to arrive at the pharmacy. If other items have a similar status, the most soonest date will be used.
Message to customer - "Some items were not in stock and have been ordered. Expect date is <<OrderDate>>" |
Unable to Fill | This item will not be dispensed. you can add a note back to the customer on why you are unable to fill. | Order Status - Unable to fill
Task - If this is the only status in the order, then the task will be removed.
Message to customer - "Some items were not able to be filled." |
Too Early | This item is considered too early to be dispensed and will be dispensed at a later date. You can select the Next valid dispense date that will will complete the dispensing. By default, the selected date will be 21 days from the last dispense date | Order Status - Partially Ready
Task - Customer Order task will be moved to the new date that the ordered item will be expected to arrive at the pharmacy. If other items have a similar status, the most soonest date will be used.
Message to customer - "It is too early to dispsense some times, so we will prepare these for you on <<NextValidDate>>. If you require this medication more urgently please contact the pharmacy." |
