NOTIFY GUIDE

CONTENTS:


1. How to Install Scrypt Notify

1. In ScryptHQ > Dashboard > More.

2. Scrypt Notify (an .exe file will download).

3. Click on file to install.

NOTE: For optimal use, please install Scrypt Notify on each dispensing workstation.

4. Sign in using your ScryptHQ login credentials.


2. Icons & Buttons

Notification View:

A small window will pop up to notify the user when a new notification has landed.

Notification - Appears bottom right of the screen.

Incoming View:

A visible to view all notifications and prompts all the time.

1. Settings - Settings window.

2. Refresh - Manual refresh.

3. Sign Out - Back to the login window.

4. Toggle Mute - Toggle between Volume on/off.

5. Minimize - Minimizes Notify window.

6. Newest First/Oldest First Toggle - This will sort notifications either by most recently received or by most oldest received.


3. Settings & Options

Notification Settings:

Customise Notify alert behaviour.

Important! - deprecated features
Turn off both features under Service Prompts

  • New Customer Welcome Message - superseded by NCWM

  • Help Prevent Pertussis - GSK funding for this campaign is now exhausted

Sound On/Off - Toggle between volume on/off.

Notification Duration - This is how long Scrypt Notify will display before disappearing.

Notification Hidden Duration - This is how long Scrypt Notify will wait before reappearing a notification that has not been actioned.

Incoming communications - Customise which type of communications you would

like to be notified about.

Service Prompts - Customise which type of Service Prompts you would you like to be notified about.

Save - Click Save to keep new settings, or click cancel to return back to previous.


4. Feature: Communications

Notify Communication Features:

Patient pop-up notification, action & response.

1. View in Scrypt - This will open up the Patients Profile in ScryptHQ.

2. Delete note - Delete the note - CRM note in Scrypt will also be deleted.

3. Dismiss note - Dismiss the notification, CRM note will remain in Scrypt.

4. Snooze note - Defer the notification to be address at a date / time.

5. Respond - Respond to the note by opening up window to respond to patient.

Communication Feature Workflow:

Typical patient Notify interaction with pharmacy.

Workflow:

  1. Patient sends a message to ScryptHQ.

  2. Notification will pop up in Notify.

  3. User can promptly action message.

  4. User can option to Delete, Dismiss, Snooze or Respond.

  5. If a message includes an eScript link, use the arrow button to send the eScript to your Store Queue.


4. [Deprecated]: New Customer Welcome Message

Communication Feature:

Customise new patient welcome SMS message & workflow.

Prompt Criteria:

User creates a new patient profile in dispense.

Workflow:

  1. User creates a new patient profile in dispense.

    NOTE: Mobile number must be added in patient profile.

  2. New patient Notify Alert will pop up in.

  3. User can promptly action message by hovering over the message and selecting Reply Arrows button.

  4. User can opt to schedule a date/time within the next 12 months for this message to be sent.

  5. User selects Send Message Now button.

  6. Customer receives SMS communication instantly.


5.[Deprecated] Example Use Case: Help Prevent Pertussis

Powerful Patient Care & Retention Capabilities:

Notify can identify specific patient criteria and engage on scale to the target audience.

Prompt Criteria:

1. Patient must have DOB that indicates they are over 65 years of age.

2. Medication type dispensed would indicate that patient suffers from Lung condition i.e. Asthma, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis etc.

3. Patient has not had pertussis vaccination dispensed in the past 10 years.

4. Patient has not already been prompted for Help Prevent Pertussis.

Workflow:

  1. User dispenses medication for patient that is meets the prompt criteria.

    NOTE: Mobile number must be added in patient profile.

  2. Help Prevent Pertussis Service Prompt will pop up in Notify.

  3. User can promptly action message by hovering over the message and select.

  4. User can opt to schedule a date/time within the next 12 months for this message to be sent.

  5. User selects Send Message Now button.

  6. Customer receives SMS communication instantly.


Patient workflow interaction:

1. Patient Receives SMS.


2. Patient clicks on link.

3. Patient answers the screening criteria questions.

4. Notify will prompt if customer is eligible/not eligible.

5. If eligible - Notify will recommend pharmacy engage with patient to discuss how to help prevent pertussis and prepare a time to complete the vaccination.
