Use this when two or more pharmacies that both have Scrypt.HQ installed want to communicate with each other.
1. Open your pharmacy settings
In Scrypt.HQ, go to More > Settings.
2. Exchange your Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number
Locate your Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number and exchange it with each of the other stores.
3. Create a patient profile for the other pharmacy
In your dispense software, add a new patient profile named after the other pharmacy. In the contact details, enter the other pharmacy's Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number, then save.
4. Send the SMS from Scrypt.HQ
In Scrypt.HQ, search for the new patient profile and select Comms. Choose SMS, type your message to the other pharmacy, then select Send Message Now.
You have successfully sent an SMS to the other pharmacy's Scrypt.HQ.
Repeat at each store
For each pharmacy that wants to communicate, repeat these steps.
Obtain the other pharmacy's Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number.
Create a new patient profile in your dispense software.
Use the Dedicated Scrypt Phone Number of the other pharmacy in that profile.
In Scrypt.HQ, search for the new patient and send an SMS message.
