What is a Customer Survey Message?
The Customer Survey Message is an automatic SMS feature that surveys your pharmacy customers and collects their feedback over time. Once you turn it on, surveys send automatically, with no manual handling.

Turn on the feature
Who receives the message?
The Customer Survey Message is sent to a customer who:
Is over the age of 18.
Has not already received a Customer Survey Message.
Has not received a New Customer Welcome Message in the last 48 hours.
Has completed a transaction at the POS with their customer details assigned to the sale.
Customising the message
This survey message cannot be personalised yet. If you would like to customise it, let the Scrypt support team know by emailing support@scrypt.com.au.
Troubleshooting
The message is not sent to every customer. A customer must meet the eligibility criteria above for a survey to send. If the messages sent match the criteria, no action is required.
No survey messages are being sent. Check that Send Customer Survey Message automatically is turned on. If the issue continues, contact Scrypt support.
