📲 I Received an Invitation via SMS
On your mobile phone:
1. Open the SMS
Locate and open the invitation message sent by your pharmacy.
2. Tap the Blue Link
If the app is not yet installed, you'll be taken to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download it.
After installation, tapping the link again will open the app.
3. Tap the Register Tab
Once the app opens to the login screen, tap Register, located near the top centre of the screen.
4. Enter the 5-Character Invitation Code
Enter the code received in your SMS.
iOS Tip: Tapping the blue link again will open the app and automatically populate the code into the Register tab.
5. Tap the Yellow Register Button
6. Create Your Account
Enter your Username (either):
Your email address (e.g.
test@scrypt.com.au)Your mobile number (e.g.
0400123456)
Create your Password, ensuring it:
Is at least 7 characters long
Includes at least 1 letter
Includes at least 1 letter
Must not use the same character repeatedly or have any sequencial characters (e.g AAAA, 1234 etc)
Must contain any of the following symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
7. Tap the Yellow Sign-Up Button
Your account is now created.

📧 I Received an Invitation via Email
On your mobile phone:
1. Open the Email
Locate and open the invitation email from your pharmacy.
2. Tap “Get Started”
If you haven't installed the app, you’ll be taken to your native app store.
Once installed, return to the email and tap “Get Started” again to open the app
3. Tap the Register Tab
From the login page, tap Register.
4. Enter the 5-Character Code
Use the code from the email.
iOS Tip: Tapping “Get Started” again will automatically populate the code into the Register tab.
