Your pharmacy sends you an invitation to join Scrypt Mobile by SMS or email. Follow the section that matches how you received yours.
If you received an invitation by SMS
On your mobile phone:
Open the SMS. Find and open the invitation message sent by your pharmacy.
Tap the blue link. If the app is not yet installed, you will be taken to the App Store or Google Play to download it. After installing, tap the link again to open the app.
Tap the Register tab near the top centre of the login screen.
Enter the 5-character invitation code from your SMS. On iOS, tapping the blue link again opens the app and fills in the code automatically.
Tap the yellow Register button.
Create your account. Enter your username (your email address or mobile number) and a password that meets the requirements below.
Tap the yellow Sign-Up button. Your account is created and you are connected to your pharmacy.
If you received an invitation by email
On your mobile phone:
Open the email invitation from your pharmacy.
Tap Get Started. If the app is not yet installed, you will be taken to your app store. Once installed, return to the email and tap Get Started again to open the app.
Tap the Register tab on the login page.
Enter the 5-character code from your email. On iOS, tapping Get Started again fills in the code automatically.
Tap the yellow Register button.
Create your account. Enter your username (your email address or mobile number) and a password that meets the requirements below.
Tap the yellow Sign-Up button. Your account is created and you are connected to your pharmacy.
Password requirements
Your password must:
be at least 7 characters long
include at least 1 letter
include at least 1 number
not be the same as any of your last 4 passwords
not repeat the same character or use a sequence (for example AAAA or 1234)
It may also include any of these symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
What you can do next
Once registered, you can:
order medications already stored at your pharmacy
register your ASL to view all your digital eScripts
message your pharmacist securely
