This article is intended for Patients/Customers of pharmacies who have a Scrypt Mobile account, and might not know how to contact their pharmacy/dispensary.
Scrypt support and the Live Chat line is intended to help pharmacies, and for customers who require technical support. However as there has been an increase in questions specifically around medication supply, order changes, delivery request, and questions that only the pharmacy can answer, then it is best to know where to find your connected pharmacy details so you can contact them directly.
Questions you might be asking:
How do I contact my pharmacy
How do change my delivery address?
How do I update my Order?
I have not received payment code for my Order?
When do I get my Order updates?
How do I change the medications in my Order?
Has my delivery been sent? What are the shipping details?
Unfortunately, our support team are unable to assist with these type of questions as they are related to a specific pharmacies process, and will vary across the different pharmacies we support. These types of questions will need to be directed to your pharmacy. Below are the steps on how to find your connected pharmacy details.
Steps to find your connected pharmacy details:
1. Open Scrypt Mobile App & Log In
To begin, ensure you have the Scrypt Mobile App installed on your smartphone. Log in to Scrypt.Mobile app using your Username and Password.
Your username will be either the email address or mobile number used when you registered your account. Which ever option you used at registration is what you must continue to use.
2. Tap Account on the Menu
After logging in successfully, navigate to the account page by tapping on the Account icon at the bottom right side of your screen.
3. Tap Pharmacy Details
Within your account page, tap Pharmacy to view your connected pharmacy details

4. View Pharmacy details
Upon accessing the pharmacy details, you'll find information such as
Name, Address, Phone number (To Call), Dedicated SMS Number (if you prefer to send an SMS), and email.
Success! You can now find you connected pharmacy details so you can get in touch directly for any inquiries or assistance you may require.
