How to find your connected pharmacy's contact details in the Scrypt Mobile app.

This article is for patients and customers who have a Scrypt Mobile account and want to contact their pharmacy directly.

The Scrypt support team and live chat help pharmacies and customers with technical support. Questions about medication supply, order changes, delivery requests, and similar matters can only be answered by your pharmacy. Steps to find your connected pharmacy details

1. Open the Scrypt Mobile app and log in

Make sure the Scrypt Mobile app is installed on your smartphone. Log in using your username and password. Your username is either the email address or mobile number you used when you registered. Continue to use whichever option you chose at registration.

2. Tap Account

After logging in, tap the Account icon at the bottom right of your screen.

3. Tap Pharmacy

On your account page, tap Pharmacy to view your connected pharmacy details.

4. View your pharmacy details

You will see your pharmacy's name, address, phone number, dedicated SMS number (if you prefer to send a text message), and email address. You can now contact your pharmacy directly for any enquiries or assistance.
