If you are having trouble processing payments through your SmartHealth terminal here is a quick troubleshooting step to get your terminals back on track as fast as possible.
Check your integration settings have persisted in Z Office
Open Z Office
Select Settings
Store Settings
When the System Settings page opens click the Integration tab and ensure Scrypt is enabled
Scroll down until you see Scrypt Pay
Ensure "Enable Scrypt Pay" is checked
Ensure "API Version" is set to V2 - This is the most common cause of issue.
Check both your API Key and API Secret are populated with hidden values
If your API Key or Secret is missing get in contact with Scrypt Support via your normal channel and we will assist you in accessing these details.
Click SAVE and close the settings window.
Important final step!
Reopen the settings window, scroll down to Scrypt Pay, click Validate then click Save a second time.
Your terminal should now be running as expected
