If you're not receiving SCRYPTPAY SMS on an Android device, they may have been mistakenly categorised as SPAM. The following steps below will help you locate the 'Spam and Blocked' folder to restore SCRYPTPAY messages to the SMS Inbox

Android

To access the SMS spam folder on Android, open the Messages app, tap the three-dot menu (or profile icon), and then select "Spam & blocked".

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

  • Open the Messages App: Launch the Messages app on your Android phone.

  • Access the Menu: Tap on the three-line hamburger menu (or your profile icon) in the top-right corner of the Messages app.

  • Select "Spam & Blocked": Tap on the option labeled "Spam & blocked".

  • View and Manage: You'll now see a list of all the SMS messages that have been filtered out by your phone as spam.

  • Delete or Unblock: You can delete messages from the spam folder or unblock a contact if you mistakenly reported them.

iPhone / iOS

On an iPhone, you can access your spam or junk email folder by opening the Mail app, tapping "Mailboxes" (top left), and then selecting "Junk" from the list. For text messages, you can filter unknown senders and view them in the "Unknown Senders" folder.

Text Messages (Spam/Unknown Senders):

  • Enable Filter Unknown Senders:

    • Go to Settings > Messages.

    • Scroll down and tap "Filter Unknown Senders".

    • Turn on the toggle to enable the feature.

  • View Unknown Senders:

    • Open the Messages app.

    • Tap "Filters" in the top left corner.

    • Tap "Unknown Senders".

  • Review and Manage: You can then review and manage the messages in this folder.

Preventing Future Issues

To ensure you receive SCRYPTPAY or Pharmacy messages in the future:

  1. Add SCRYPTPAY's number to your contacts.

  2. Mark SCRYPTPAY messages as "Not Spam" if your app allows it.

  3. Check your SMS app's settings for any blocking rules that might affect SCRYPTPAY messages.

Following these steps will ensure that your SCRYPTPAY SMS payment codes are delivered to your regular SMS inbox, making them easily accessible when needed.

Troubleshooting Payment Code Issues

What if I don't receive my payment code?

  • Verify that the pharmacy has your correct phone number.

  • Ensure your device has a stable network connection.

  • Check your spam or blocked messages as detailed above.

Why am I getting an error when using the payment code?

  • Double-check that you've entered the code correctly.

  • The code may have expired or been used already. Contact the pharmacy for a new code if needed.

Can I request a new payment code?

  • Yes, contact the pharmacy if your code isn't working or if you need a new one.

What does an 'invalid' payment code mean?

  • Ensure you've entered the code without extra spaces or typos.

  • If it's still invalid, it may have expired or been issued incorrectly. Contact the pharmacy for assistance.

How do I know if my payment code was applied successfully?

  • Look for a confirmation message within the app after entering the code.

  • Check your account's transaction history for the applied payment.
