    1. Open the Messages app

    2. Tap the three-dot menu icon (or profile icon) at the top right of your messages

    3. Select "Spam & blocked" from the menu options

    4. If you see a message from the sender "SCRYPTPAY" open the message, and select "not spam" on the popup

iPhone/ iOs (sms)

If the setting "Filter Unknown Senders" is enabled, you may find your payment link by clicking "filters" at the top right of your messages app, and selecting the "unknown senders list"

To enable/disable "Filter Unknown Senders". In the Settings app, by clicking Apps, selecting Messages, scroll down to find "Message Filtering" and toggle on the setting "Filter Unknown Senders"

iPhone / iOS (email)

On an iPhone, you can access your spam or junk email folder by opening the Mail app, tapping "Mailboxes" (top left), and then selecting "Junk" from the list. For text messages, you can filter unknown senders and view them in the "Unknown Senders" folder.

Text Messages (Spam/Unknown Senders):

  • Enable Filter Unknown Senders:

    • Go to Settings > Messages.

    • Scroll down and tap "Filter Unknown Senders".

    • Turn on the toggle to enable the feature.

  • View Unknown Senders:

    • Open the Messages app.

    • Tap "Filters" in the top left corner.

    • Tap "Unknown Senders".

  • Review and Manage: You can then review and manage the messages in this folder.

Preventing Future Issues

To ensure you receive SCRYPTPAY or Pharmacy messages in the future:

  1. Add SCRYPTPAY's number to your contacts.

  2. Mark SCRYPTPAY messages as "Not Spam" if your app allows it.

  3. Check your SMS app's settings for any blocking rules that might affect SCRYPTPAY messages.

Following these steps will ensure that your SCRYPTPAY SMS payment codes are delivered to your regular SMS inbox, making them easily accessible when needed.

Troubleshooting Payment Code Issues

What if I don't receive my payment code?

  • Verify that the pharmacy has your correct phone number.

  • Ensure your device has a stable network connection.

  • Check your spam or blocked messages as detailed above.

Why am I getting an error when using the payment code?

  • Double-check that you've entered the code correctly.

  • The code may have expired or been used already. Contact the pharmacy for a new code if needed.

Can I request a new payment code?

  • Yes, contact the pharmacy if your code isn't working or if you need a new one.

What does an 'invalid' payment code mean?

  • Ensure you've entered the code without extra spaces or typos.

  • If it's still invalid, it may have expired or been issued incorrectly. Contact the pharmacy for assistance.

How do I know if my payment code was applied successfully?

  • Look for a confirmation message within the app after entering the code.

  • Check your account's transaction history for the applied payment.
