The recap most likely comes from a long lineage of copied recaps, back to when this was initially an issue on the form. The issue has been fixed on newer iterations of the form now but as long as recaps from this line are being copied then the issue will be inherited.

To remove the text, the cleanest option would be to create the recap from scratch as opposed to creating a copy.

Another way would be to edit that bit out of the notification email sent to themselves, then forwarding onto the relevant parties.
