How do I view my cash flow report?

  3. Shows money in, money out, net cash flow

  4. Date range selector

What does the cash flow report include?

  • Bank transfers

  • Card transactions

  • Payroll

  • Treasury deposits/withdrawals

  • Fees

Auto-categorised.

How do I filter reports by date range?

  1. Date range selector

  2. Presets (this/last month, 3/6 months, this year, custom)

  3. Apply

Updates instantly.

Can I export reports?

Yes, CSV or PDF.

Tip: CSV for accounting software, PDF for stakeholders.


Access and permissions

Who can access reporting?

Admins and Accountants only.

How do I add an accountant or finance team member?

Read-only access, no payments.

How up to date is the data in my reports?

Real-time for transactions, daily by 9am for dashboard chart.

Can I view reporting for a specific account only?

Can I share reports directly from Seapoint?

Not yet, on roadmap. Export and share.

Is Seapoint reporting compatible with my accounting software?
