What roles do I need to be in on the EDGAR end?
Account Administrators have the ability to file. Users would need to be an Account Administrator or Filer on both the organization CIK and insider CIK.
Technical Administrators can generate Filer Tokens, but cannot file. This should be added on the Organization level.
Do I need to make Computershare a delegate?
No, your organization's CIK needs to delegated for each insider.
Through the legacy filing method, filings were under Computershare's CIK. Under EDGAR Next, filings are under your organization's CIK. Therefore, your organization's CIK needs to be delegated.
What tokens will I need?
Clients will need a Filer Token for the Ticker Symbol/CIK they're filing for and a User Token for the individual filing the form (Submitter).
Do I need tokens for our insiders or any other tokens?
No, you only need a Filer & User Token.
When do the Tokens expire?
The Filer Token expires annually. The User Token expires every 30 days.
Will each Filer need a User Token?
A User Token is specific to a name & email address. Each Filer will need there own token.
Where do I get the Tokens?
The SEC Filer Management portal with a Login.gov account.

The SEC plans to launch EDGAR Next March 24, 2025.
When is the deadline to enroll?

Will Section 16 Manager support both filing methods?
Yes, Section 16 Manager will support the legacy filing protocol until the September 15th deadline.
Do insider CCC's need to be updated?
According to the SEC, any insider who's CCC has not changed since September of 2019 would need to be updated. Otherwise, those filings will not go through.
