All SEM shredders that have cutting heads cannot be replaced if they are damaged or fail, with the exception of the SEM Model 1201CC, which has a fully replaceable cutting head.
If you have a machine that has a damaged cutting head, the cost of the repair and shipping often would cost more than a new shredder. If you have a machine that you believe to be damaged, contact SEM with a service request to determine the best path forward.
