If you recently purchased a SEM paper shredder and the oil isn't going into the machine, chances are that the oiler needs to be primed. To prime the oiler, turn the shredder on and hold the reverse button for a few seconds until you see oil flow through the oil tube into the cutting head. To see a video of this process, click here.
