Build and manage contacts for each vendor

Add a Vendor Contact

1. On the vendor list, find the correct vendor and click on the "Edit" icon. This will navigate you to the vendor's profile page. 

2. Scroll down to the vendor contact section of the profile page. Click "Add" icon.

3. Provide the new contact's information when prompted.

By default, the box is checked to "Send invitation to complete the assessment". Please uncheck this box if you are just filing the vendor contacts information in the vendor profile.

Invite Vendor Contact:

This will specifically invite the vendor to register in SecurityStudio and begin work on the assessment.

1. Navigate to the vendor's open evaluation. In the top right corner, click on the gear icon and select Invite new team member from the dropdown.

2. If the vendor contact is already added to the directory inside the vendor profile, you can select the option to "Invite" the vendor to the assessment.

3. If the contact is brand new, click on "Invite New" icon. 

4. Provide the new contact's information. Click "Save" button.
