New administration section offers centralized location for system configurations. 

Administration Tab

  • Administrative functions now accessible from the left navigation panel

  • Controls limited to a designated administrator role (new)

Manage Users
Add new or edit existing users.

  • Edit information (name and email address)

  • Change roles and permissions

  • Deactivate or delete users

Able to determine status of user (lock-out, inactive, not registered)

Search for Users

  • Search via name or email address

  • Sort table by multiple criteria

Configure the Workflow

Ability to build custom questionnaires for vendors.

  • Pick out question form type – text field, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.

  • Pick out the answer form type – attachments, notes fields, etc.

  • Preview option available before publishing

No limit to the number of custom questionnaires that can be added. 

Rearrange the sequence of custom questionnaires in the workflow.

Adjust and Manage Business Units

Risk Managers have the ability to adjust business units on the fly.

  • Add new or edit existing business units

  • Sort table or use search bar to easily find business unit

Vendor Custom Fields

Craft custom fields to capture additional information on vendors. 

  • No limit to the number of custom fields that can be added 

  • Pick out field type – comment box, date picker, dropdown, multiple choice, single choice, textbox, etc.

  • Able to set answer requirement status for each field

  • Rearrange the sequence of custom fields that appear in the vendor profile page

Vendor Profile Page stores all key information for easy access.
