Determine what information to include in the Vendor Profile screens

Step-by-Step

1. Go to Gear > Users and click on the edit icon next to your user name.

2. Scroll down and verify that you have the permission "Vendor Custom Fields".

3. Click on the S2Vendor icon and select the Vendor Custom Fields tab from the left-side menu.

4. Click > +Add New to add a custom field. A new menu will open on the right side of the screen.

5. Select a field type from the dropdown. The following fields types are available:

  • Comment Box

  • Date Picker

  • Dropdown

  • Multiple Choice

  • Single Choice

  • Textbox

6. Provide additional information as determined by the field type.

  • Label - Name of the field in display

  • Placeholder - Text in the field when empty

7. Determine if this is a required field. Required fields cannot be bypassed without the field being filled.

8. Click > Save button. Custom fields will display in order on the screen.

You can add an unlimited number of custom fields and arrange them in whatever order. These fields appear on every vendor profile.

WARNING: Deleting a custom field from this screen will delete it everywhere.
