SecurityStudio is proud to announce a new type of questionnaire for customers who are required to ensure their vendors meet common, shared standards. Our pre-built questionnaires will be released into the Questionnaire Library, where they will be available for our customers to pick up and and use at their discretion.
Our first pre-built questionnaire focuses on Accessibility and can be used to evaluate the vendor’s commitment to accessibility and accessibility capabilities integrated into their products and services. Accessibility refers to the accessibility of a system to all people, regardless of disability type or severity of impairment.
SecurityStudio will continue to release more pre-built questionnaires into the Questionnaire Library.
Step-by-Step
Follow the instructions for custom questionnaires until Step 8.
Click > Select Pre-Built Questionnaire in the dropdown.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the desired pre-built questionnaire in the dropdown.
Click > Confirm button. The screen will refresh to show that the questionnaire is added to the workflow.
Click > gear icon and select Choose Impact Level from the dropdown.
A new window will appear, displaying the 3 impact levels.
Choose which level of vendors will receive the questionnaire. Medium and high impact levels will be selected by default. This is the most common arrangement.
Click > Save button
You can view pre-built questionnaires in the Workflows > Questionnaire Library screen.
If you want to make edits to a pre-built questionnaire, click > Copy icon. A new custom questionnaire based on the pre-built questionnaire template will appear in the Custom Questionnaires table below.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot edit the pre-built questionnaire itself.
