Create New Customer in Nodeware

Step-By-Step

  1. Log into Nodeware at https://auth.nodeware.com/login.

  2. Click on +Add New Customer button

  3. Fill out the Create a Customer form

    1. Company Name

    2. Technical Contact (first name, last name, and email)

      1. The technical contact is your point of contact at the customer for all technical work. You can assign your own team members to this customer with varying degrees of access. For more information about team management, check out this Nodeware article

    3. Company website

  4. Toggle Invite Technical Contact slider.

  5. Click Submit button

    The new customer instance will be created.

  6. Click on the customer tile > Account Details. The customer information can be edited here

  7. Enter the total # of assets being allocated to the customer.
    โ€‹TIP: 1 block of assets is equal to 50 assets, so 2 blocks would be 100 assets and 3 would be 150, and so on.

  8. Click Update Allocation button

  9. Follow up with the Technical Contact to ensure they received the account setup and onboarding invite email from Nodeware

    1. Email sender will be Nodeware Team (noreply@nodeware.com)

    2. Email subject line will be Create Your Nodeware Account


What does the Technical Contact see?

Upon receiving the Nodeware invitation, the technical contact will need to do the following:

  1. Click the unique registration link

  2. Fill out the New User form

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email Address

    4. Password

  3. Check the box next to I have read and accept the End User License Agreement

  4. Click Submit button. A confirmation window will appear

  5. Click login link

  6. Enter their new credentials

  7. Click Log In button

  8. Setup their MFA method

  9. Click Continue button

  10. The screen will refresh to show the Nodeware dashboard for their instance
