If you don't see this option, you may not have permission to access Users.

Click Gear

Click Edit

Review User Details

Email Field is Not Editable

The Email field is not editable as this is the user's unique identifier in our system. Deactivate the current user and add them again with the new email address.

Review Role
​Make any necessary adjustments.

Click Save
