How to deactivate a custom role

STEPS

  1. Click Settings

    Click Settings

  2. Click Role

    If you don't see this option, you may not have permission to access Roles.

    Click Role

  3. Custom Roles
    PLEASE NOTE: Only custom roles can be deactivated.

    PLEASE NOTE: Only custom roles can be deactivated.

  4. Click Gear

    Click Gear

  5. Click Deactivate
    ​If there is no Deactivate option, this is because it's a default role which cannot be deactivated.

    Click Deactivate

  6. Click Confirm
