How to assign an existing user to a sub entity

STEPS

  1. Click Settings

    Click Settings

  2. Click Sub Entities

    If you don't see this option, you may not have permission to access Sub Entities.

    Click Sub Entities

  3. Click Gear

    Click Gear

  4. Click Add Headquarter User

    Click Add Headquarter User

  5. Select an existing user from the list

    Select an existing user from the list

  6. Select Role
    ​Each user is counted only once in billing. They will be tracked at their highest level of access in the organization overall.
    ​Example 1: If they are an Owner in the parent org and an Owner in the sub entity, that will count as 1 Owner license overall.
    ​Example 2: If they are an Owner in the parent org and a Contributor in the sub entity, that will count as 1 Owner license overall.

    Select Role

  7. Click Save

    Click Save
