STEPS

  1. Click Active Clients tab

    Click Active Clients tab

  2. Click Client Name

    Click Client Name

  3. Click Users tab

    Click Users tab

  4. Click Edit icon

    Click Edit icon

  5. Review the Client User's Details
    Make any necessary adjustments.

  6. Alert
    The Email field is not editable as this is the user's unique identifier in our system.
    If the email address has changed, you will need to deactivate the current user and add them again with the new email address.

  7. Review Role
    Make any necessary adjustments.

    Review Role

  8. Click Save

    Click Save

  9. Click Add License
    Giving access will add a license to your subscription and an additional cost.

    Click Add License
