Scoring for questionnaires is reliant on scoreable questions
PLEASE NOTE: Only certain field types have scoreable responses
Click Field Type
Select Scoreable Field Type
Enter Nickname
Keep it simple
Options
Create response options for the respondent to choose from. Each response option should have a score or point value
Enter Text
Enter Score
Click +
Repeat
You need at least 2 options to have a score spread
Click Save
When you're ready
Fill in the required fields
Click Save
Click Scoring
Review Minimum & Maximum Values
Maximum Value must be higher than 1 to have a point spread
Select Score Type
This is how the questionnaire will be scored. The following score types are supported:
- Total
- Percentage
- Fraction
- Categories
