The Cap Table page provides a comprehensive view of your company's equity structure and ownership distribution. This document explains the key components and functionality of the interface.



Key Components

Header Section

  • Date Selector: Located at the top, allows you to view the cap table as of any specific date

  • Export Button: Enables downloading of the cap table data

  • Add New Event Button: For recording new equity-related events

Summary Cards

  1. Stakeholders Card: Shows the total number of stakeholders with a "View stakeholders" link

  2. Option Pool Card: Displays the total number of options reserved

  3. Post-money Valuation Card: Shows the company's current valuation in RON with a "New valuation" link

  4. Issued Shares Card: Indicates the total number of shares issued

Equity Distribution

  • Visual Representation: A donut chart showing ownership percentages

  • Toggle Switch: Switch between non-diluted and fully diluted views

  • Breakdown List: Shows percentage ownership for each stakeholder

Detailed Cap Table

The main table displays comprehensive ownership information with columns for:

  • Stakeholder names and equity pools

  • Non-diluted shares and percentages

  • Fully-diluted shares and percentages

  • Common shares

Data Interpretation

  • Non-diluted View: Shows current ownership without considering option pools

  • Fully-diluted View: Includes all issued shares and reserved options

  • Stakeholder Groups: Separated into direct stakeholders and equity pools

  • Percentages: Automatically calculated and updated for both views

Navigation Tips

  • Use the date selector to view historical cap table states

  • Click "View stakeholders" to see detailed stakeholder information

  • Export data for external analysis or reporting

  • Record new equity events using the "Add new event" button
