Creating your company
After first singing up as a "Company representative" on SeedBlink Equity, you will be prompted to create your company.
Fill in the required fields and finish by clicking on the "Create company" button.
Company name - your company's official name
Registration country - country where your company was incorporated
Company registration number - the national registration number your company was given at incorporation
Company website (optional) - your company's website
Currency- the currency you will be using to track investments, valuations, etc.
After doing this, your company will be created and you can begin setting up your company based on your desired mission:
Manage your equity and cap table
Manage your employee stock option plans
Open your financing round
