Investment minimums are unique to each fundraising campaign and are determined by the company at the beginning of their campaign. Generally speaking, companies conducting "traditional" private placements (i.e., offerings conducted under Regulation D) opt to set investment minimums of $10,000 given the regulatory requirements limiting participation by non-accredited individuals. However, the majority of companies with whom we work leverage Reg A+ and Reg CF and elect to open their rounds to all investors; these companies will typically set minimums to $1,000 to increase access. The direct investment minimum set at the beginning of a fundraising campaign cannot be changed or lowered.

Users participating in our Auto Invest program may be able to get exposure to companies raising on SeedInvest for as little as $200 (even if the company's stated investment minimum is higher than that).
