How to withdraw funds?
1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet section located in the upper right corner of the site.
2. Then select the withdrawal method that suits you, specify the amount and click on the Create Application button.
3. Pay attention to the different limits and commissions for each payment direction, which can be found at the bottom of the wallet window.
What is the withdrawal time?
Withdrawals are usually processed within the first few minutes and on average take 5 to 30 minutes. We carry out withdrawals 24 hours a day, including weekends.
Withdrawal speed may depend on the load of the payment system, but the maximum time of waiting is 24 hours according to our regulations.
Withdrawals with "In progress" status. What does it mean?
Status of "In process" means that we approved your withdrawal request and operation is in process. The money has already been sent for processing and should be available in your account soon.
Waiting time may be up to 3 days, although usually operations are much faster.
What do I need to consider before making a withdrawal?
Before you make a withdrawal, please be aware that each transaction is checked to ensure that it complies with all site rules as outlined in our user agreement. If all the rules are satisfied, your withdrawal will be approved and will receive status "In process", which means it successfully passed the check.
In some cases, funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or canceled due to violations of our terms of use. Such measures, as a rule, are applied in case of improper use of the site's bonus funds (accumulation, exceeding the maximum available bonus withdrawal amount, incorrect choice of games for bonuses).
If you plan to use only replenishments or deposits, you should have no problems with withdrawal.
