Where can I find and what should the payment receipt look like?

Selecting a bank (click on the bank you are interested in to go to the necessary instructions)💰

Tinkoff Bank:

1. In your personal cabinet: go to the "Events" tab → find the operation for which you want to receive a check → "Operation Help".

2. In the transaction history, select the transaction you are interested in.

Example of a check from Tinkoff Bank:

Sberbank:

1. In the mobile application To do this, go to the main page and select the card or account of interest. At the bottom of the screen, click on the "Transaction History" button.

2. A full list of transactions that have been made will be opened. Among them you should select the required check and click on it.

3. In the opened check you can see the amount, recipient and date of the transaction. Next, select the "Save reference" button.

Alfa Bank:

1. Select the card/account you are interested in in the app or on the website and go to the transaction history.

2. In the history, select the operation you are interested in.

3. click on the "Get a receipt" button.

Example of an Alfa Bank check:

QIWI:

1. You can get a check when making a payment via Qiwi in your personal cabinet on the website or in the application of the mobile version. To do this, you need to go to the history of transactions.

2. This section will display all payments made, among which you can find the desired check and download it, send it or print it.

3. If the check was lost, you can request its reissuance in Qiwi technical support.

VTB Bank:

1. Access the VTB Online application on your smartphone. Select the "History" tab in the bottom menu of the application.

2. Find the desired operation and click on it.

3. click on the "Receive a check" button. The receipt will be saved on your device and you can send it by email, messenger, or save it as a file.
