What you should know:
Bank Details: If you are updating your Direct Debit, please contact us at least 5 working days before your next payment date to ensure the change takes effect in time.
Change of Name: For legal name changes, we will require a copy of your supporting documentation (such as a marriage certificate or deed poll) to be sent via email.
Proof of Address: In some cases, we may ask for a recent utility bill or bank statement to verify a change of residency.
Once updated, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours.
