I want to change my payment date

You can ask to change your payment date by contacting us. We can move it up to 30 days into the future. We cannot move a payment date more than 30 days into the future. If your payment is made by direct debit, we will need 5 days notice to amend the instruction to your bank, and so we recommend contacting us at least a week before your next payment is due.

Because interest is calculated daily, there will be a one-off adjustment in the first month once your new payment date starts.
