How do you know what to pay and when?
We will total all your orders using Sellar Credit for the month and will email you a statement.
That payment is due 30 days after the end of the month we have totted up.
You can make a payment via a direct debit or a bank transfer. Which was setup during signing up.
Direct Debit - Your statement will let you know the value and date we will take the payment
Bank Transfer - Your statement will let you know the value, the due date and the details to send the payment too.
Your payment preferences can be amended on the HOKODO dashboard.
Update your Preferences
If you have changed your mind on how you would like to pay or need to update your details you can do this from the HOKODO dashboard.
To add or update your Direct Debit information:
Click on you Sellar Credit balance in the top left of Sellar.
Use Manage in HOKODO to head over to the dashboard.
In the dashboard use the Settlement methods option to add or update your Direct Debit information.
