Not receiving emails from Sellar?

If you're having trouble receiving emails from Sellar, you can whitelist us in your email to help ensure our emails are allowed to come through to your inbox.

How to whitelist our email in Gmail Web and Mobile

In Gmail you will need to create a filter to mark an email as 'never send to spam', to make sure it is received. (Google have a more in-depth guide on filters here if your setup differs).

If you are part of an organisation, you may need someone else to assist in setting these up.

Web

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your Gmail account that is receiving Sellar emails.

  2. Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner, then select See all settings.

  3. Navigate to the tab labelled Filters and Blocked Addresses and select Create a new filter.

  4. In the From section, enter '@sellar.io' to capture all our email addresses.

  5. Click Create filter to confirm.

  6. Select 'never send it to Spam' to add this address to the Gmail safe sender list.

  7. Click Create filter again to save the filter settings.

Mobile

The Gmail mobile app does not have an option to create advanced filters, but it offers the possibility to whitelist senders in your spam folder.

  1. Open the Gmail app on your phone

  2. Head to your Spam folder, using the hamburger menu in the top left of the app.

  3. Use the search bar at the top of the app to search for @sellar.io. This will show emails that have come from us.

  4. Open any email and tap 'Report not spam' to let Gmail know this isn't spam. You will now receive emails from us in your normal inbox.

Outlook

In Outlook you will need to add Sellar to your Safe Senders list. For full instructions on how to do this for all versions of Outlook, look here.

If you are part of an organisation, you may need someone else to assist in setting these up.

Web

  1. Sign in to your Outlook inbox on the web.

  2. Select the gear icon in the top right corner of Outlook to access.

  3. On the left sidebar, click on' Mail', then head to Junk email.

  4. Click on 'Add' under Safe senders and domains to add a contact to the allowed list.

  5. Enter @sellar.io and click 'Save'

Mobile

The Outlook app doesn't have the option to add to your Safe Senders list; however, you can mark emails to always appear in your inbox.

  1. Open the Outlook app on your phone.

  2. Use the search bar at the top of the app to search for @sellar.io. This will show emails that have come from us.

  3. Open any email and tap on the three dots at the top of the email.

  4. Tap 'Move to Focused Inbox'.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Always Move to save your decision.

  6. This means all emails from Sellar will always appear in your inbox, rather than spam.
