Stripe is a global financial services provider used as the underlying service to power all pro-forma orders via card payments through Sellar. It’s likely your business already has a Stripe account, so check with your team. If not, it’s quick and easy to sign up.
Without connecting Stripe, your products will not be shown on the Sellar Market. This is because we need to take card payments on your behalf for first-time pro-forma orders. This makes it quick and easy for your new customers to pay and instantly confirms when the order has been paid.
Setup
Go to your Company Settings > Integrations by clicking your company name at the top of the sidebar.
Scroll down to the bottom until you see the Stripe logo and click “Connect.”
On the Stripe webpage that loads, select the account you want to connect to Sellar and click “Connect →”
Follow the instructions and questions from Stripe to finish connecting your Stripe account to Sellar.

How quickly do I receive the money from a Stripe payment?
The funds from the transaction are settled instantly and are available in your Stripe account. Your payment schedule with Stripe dictates how frequently payouts are sent to your bank account.
Do I need to use Stripe?
No, you don’t need to use Stripe, and it is not a requirement. However, this will mean your products won’t be available on the Sellar Market, and you won’t be able to assign customers to pro-forma payment terms.
