Before reading this article, you should be familiar with how FBA works with Sellbrite. Learn more about how FBA works with Sellbrite here.

Fulfillment By Amazon is considered a Sellbrite Service Integration and can be found in Settings > Service Integrations.

You will only see FBA as an available Service Integration if you have an Amazon account connected to Sellbrite.

IMPORTANT: Prior to enabling FBA, it is recommended that you first build/refresh your product catalog by running a new Listings Import for your Amazon channel. The reason this is recommended is that if you build a product from FBA instead of from the listing, the product will not contain any custom description or features that you may have added in Amazon. These technically live on the listing and not in your FBA inventory.

Once you enable FBA by selecting the toggle, Sellbrite will create an FBA warehouse location, which will be editable on the Warehouse Locations page of Settings.

Sellbrite will automatically begin downloading your FBA inventory and will assign your inventory to the appropriate products, or create new products in your catalog if necessary.

The FBA warehouse location (and any other warehouse locations) will be shown on all of your Sellbrite products, whether or not you have FBA inventory for the product.

The new FBA warehouse location will be added to your list of Warehouse Locations on the Channel Settings page for each of your channels.

Finally, once FBA has been enabled in Sellbrite, your Amazon FBA orders will also begin importing into the Orders page of your Sellbrite account, allowing Sellbrite to record and report on your FBA sales and transact your FBA inventory accordingly. It's important to know that these Amazon FBA orders will be included in the monthly order volume associated with your Sellbrite subscription.

IMPORTANT: In order for your FBA inventory to match with the correct products in your catalog, the Merchant SKU on your FBA items must match the product SKU in Sellbrite.

If they do not match, Sellbrite will automatically create a new product in your product catalog with the Merchant SKU from your FBA item. This means you will have duplicate products, and if you have listings linked to the first product, you will need to manually re-link all of them to the new product created from the FBA item or change all of the SKUs on those listings to match your new product SKU.
