Cancel, Refund, and Return Jet Orders
Cancel Jet Orders
Jet orders can be canceled in Sellbrite, so long as the order has not yet been shipped and processed. This means any Open orders (including those Awaiting Payment and Ready to Ship), can be canceled.
To cancel a Jet order, simply open a Jet order by clicking on the order # and then select Cancel in the Order Details page.
You can cancel any item ordered in full, or cancel all items.
When you complete your cancelations, you can always see what items you canceled back in the Order Details page.
Refund Jet Orders
Jet orders can be refunded in Sellbrite, so long as the order has already been marked as Completed. For a Jet order to be marked as Completed, the order must have been shipped and processed. The order does not have to have been received by the buyer.
To refund a Jet order, simply open a Jet order by clicking on the order # and then select Refund in the Order Details page.
You can refund any item ordered in full, or issue a partial refund for an order item.
When you complete your refund, you can always see what you've refunded back in the Order Details page.
Return Jet Orders
Jet order returns can also be processed in Sellbrite.
Sellbrite will notify you when there is a pending return for a Jet order and you can see your Jet order returns in the Returns tab of the Orders page.
To return a Jet order, simply open a Pending Return order by clicking on the order # and then select Return in the Order Details page.
You can return any item ordered in full, or make a partial return for an order item.
It's important to remember that when you are marking order items as returned, you're also issuing a Refund to the buyer as well. You can therefore also issue a refund in full, or issue a partial refund for a given return.
When you complete your return, you can always see what you've marked as returned back in the Order Details page.
Cancel and Refund Walmart Orders
Cancel Walmart Orders (Before Shipment)
In Sellbrite, click into one of your orders. You can cancel this order before it ships.
If you just received the order, it's possible the 'Cancel Items' button doesn't appear yet. You can click the 'Refresh' button in the order details page, and the button should appear. This action is dependent on Walmart acknowledging that Sellbrite has received the order, so it can take up to 20 minutes or so for it to appear on its own.
Once you click Cancel Items, you'll simply need to tell Sellbrite which items you wish to cancel. In this case, you can cancel them all:
This will take a minute or so to process in your Walmart Seller Center, but you'll want to login and confirm the cancelation. Just go to your Order Dashboard and find the order you canceled. It should show a 'Canceled' status next to each order item.
Refund Walmart Orders (After Shipment)
In Sellbrite, click into a Completed order. Much like the "Cancel Items" button from before, it may take a few minutes for the 'Refund Items' button to appear after Walmart's acknowledgment of the shipment. Simply click 'Refresh' in the order and the button will appear sooner.
You can refund all charges associated with the order, including selling price, shipping charges, and any item tax or shipping tax associated with the order.
You'll also need to select the reason for the refund.
Once saved, the refund should post immediately to Walmart. Check your order dashboard again to confirm the action was successful. You will notice the status of both order items is still Shipped, but the value of the order should be $0:
