Sellbrite partners with Shipsurance to provide discounted shipping insurance. The insurance is NOT provided by the carriers themselves (USPS, UPS, FedEx). When shipping insurance is purchased on Sellbrite, all claims must be filed with Shipsurance.
To file a claim, navigate to Orders > Shipments, then locate the order in question. Under "Shipments" click the "File Claim" button to file a claim.
