Sellbrite helps you manage your live sales channel listings, including your BigCommerce products. BigCommerce products can be accessed from directly within Sellbrite, allowing you to make the changes or updates necessary without ever having log back into your BigCommerce Store.

Editing your BigCommerce products in bulk can be a huge timesaver.

Sellbrite has a feature called Apply a Preset that lets you update live channel listings with data from your product catalog in bulk.

Apply a Preset is very straightforward. It works by refreshing your listing with any of the data in your Listing Preset. The 2 steps to use Apply Preset are as follows:

Let's look at a few scenarios for BigCommerce:

Say all of these are true. You want to do a complete overhaul of your products on BigCommerce.

You edit your BigCommerce template in the Listing Preset. Learn more here.

Go to your Listings Manager and select the products you wish to update. Then, choose 'Apply Preset' from the dropdown at the top of the page.

You'll see your Listing Presets in this dropdown menu. Choose the Preset you want to apply to these products. This will re-apply any product data that is grabbed by that preset, like name, price, description, etc.

Your products will change to "Edited", which means the data has been applied, but it hasn't been pushed live.

Now simply click "Publish" at the top of the page, and your bulk edits will go live.

If you only want to make a few changes to a handful of BigCommerce products or less, individually editing your products may be the route you might want to take over editing your products in bulk. This process allows you to be much more selective about the changes you make to your products.

To edit products individually, simply go to the Channels page and go to your BigCommerce channel. In the Listings Manager, you'll see all of your products grouped into tabs by their status. 

Edit the details of any listing by clicking the Product Title. This will take you to the Edit Listing page. 

Editing your images is very straightforward. It works by refreshing your BigCommerce products with any changes you make in the Images section of your Products in Sellbrite. There are 2 steps to edit your images in bulk:

Go to your Listings Manager and select the BigCommerce products you wish to update. Then, choose 'Publish' located at the top of the page.

Once you select "Yes, Publish the Listings", your image updates will go live to all of the selected products.
