We know that in addition to the courses themselves, many agencies sell packages that beyond learning, offer an experience for their clients, visits to incredible places, activities in nature, events, and thousands of other options.

With that in mind, we have created a tool so you can organize and disseminate your experiences in a simple, objective and efficient way!

Step 1 - Access

To access Experiences, click on Marketing > Experiences.

Step 2 - Register Experience

Click the green button New Experience in the upper right side.

Step 3 - Starting Registration

You will have 5 steps to register your experience in order to provide as much information as possible.

1 - Experience Information

Partner: Select the partner company, "My Own" if the experience is from your agency or use the partner with the name of your agency if you have created a
Name: Name of Experience.
Short Call: Short description.
Category: You can organize your experiences by some categories that the platform offers
Duration: Duration in days of your experiment
Description: General information about the experience, enjoy the text editor to use different styles, formats, colors and sizes.
Experience Dates: Select the end and end dates for each round of that experiment. The system allows you to register as many dates as you want. It is worth mentioning that it is mandatory to define at least one departure.

2 - Experience Media

Youtube Video: Link of a YouTube video (the address that appears in the browser) ps: We do not yet accept video links from other platforms
Banner Desktop: Main banner of the Landing Page that will be generated for this experiment. The suggested size for this banner is 1500px wide by 590px.
Shareable Image: Choose the image that will appear in time to share the experience in social networks. The suggested size for this image is 600px wide and 314px high.
Experience Galery: Add up to 6 images that characterizes your experience. The system does not allow images to be uploaded above 2MB and we recommend that they are edited previously to keep the same dimensions.

3 - Itinerary

The itinerary is organized by blocks with title and description and you can add as many blocks as you want. Although the system suggests titles such as Days, you can organize it any way you want, by day, week, period (morning, afternoon and night), among others.

Note: Itinerary completion is not mandatory.

4 - Facilities

The fourth step of the registration is to define what are the items that complete the package of your experience, the facilities. To select an option simply click on it. If your experience does not have any of these facilities offered just do not select anything and proceed.

5 - Values

In the fourth and last step of registering an experience you will inform the values
It is important to note that it is necessary to include values for each intake date.

Select Currency: Currency that the experience will be charged.
Select Group: Nationalities to which experience values apply
Type of Duration: How the experience will be charged (days, weeks, months, semesters, one-time payment)
Departure Dates: To which dates these values apply. You can set different values for different groups and different dates.
Show values in my public link experience: All the registered Experiences can have the link of a landing page to publicize the same. This item sets whether or not you want to show the values of the experiment being registered on this Landing Page.

Step 4 - Creating Sharing Link

After creating the experiment just click the Generate Shareable Link button.

Step 5 - Sharing Experience

After creating the link, the same button you clicked to create it will have another function, the share.

Select the social network that you want to spread the experience or copy the link to advertise the way you want.

Step 6 - Capture of Leads

With your experience disclosed, now just wait for those interested fill out the form of interest or contact your company directly.

Note: Prices may or may not be displayed on your page. You can choose this setting when creating or editing your experiment.
