How do I know which UniCon plan or tier I need?

Choose a UniCon option based on your catalog, sales volume, team, and marketplace plans.

The right UniCon tier mainly depends on three numbers:

  1. How many channels you need to sync with or export to

  2. The number of active listings you need UniCon to keep synchronized

  3. The number of multichannel orders UniCon will process each month

Choose how you'll get UniCon

You can subscribe to UniCon on its own, add it to Seller 365 Reseller, or get it as part of Seller 365 Brands.

Choose this route if you only want UniCon. UniCon works for sellers with their primary store based on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial.

You can create a UniCon standalone account here. You'll be able to review the plans in detail right after creating your Threecolts account (or logging in if you're already a customer).

Choose this route if sourcing and reselling on Amazon and/or Walmart Marketplace are your primary workflows. UniCon is available as a paid add-on for any Seller 365 Reseller plan. Choose the add-on tier that fits your volume:

10K (Performance) and Enterprise add-on plans are also available on request.

All three add-on tiers support the same eight marketplace connections (though 500 and 1K only support your choice of 2 out of those 8 channels). They also include UniCon’s central catalog, real-time inventory synchronization, smart order routing, and AI-powered attribute mapping.

If you don't have it already, you can register for Seller 365 Reseller here. After choosing your plan, click + Add product next to UniCon for Reseller to select a plan.

If you're already a Seller 365 Reseller customer, see the add-on instructions in "How can I access UniCon?"

Choose this route if you own or operate a brand primarily on Amazon and need more than just UniCon. While UniCon is the core tool of Seller 365 Brands, it co-stars the FeedbackWhiz suite (with extraordinarily high limits for FeedbackWhiz Alerts to defend your brand). Additionally, it includes SmartRepricer and Seller 365 Reimbursements.

All products in Brands feature the limits shown in the tier's name. For example, with Brands 1K, you have limits of 1,000 listings and orders with UniCon, 1,000 listings with SmartRepricer, 1,000 listings with FeedbackWhiz Alerts, etc. All of those limits go up to 5,000 on the 5K plan.

Each plan's UniCon features scale in line with the UniCon standalone.

When do I need an Enterprise plan?

Contact Sales about an Enterprise plan if you:

  • Expect to process more than 10,000 multichannel orders per month

  • Need to synchronize more listings than the available plans support

  • Manage several brands or marketplace accounts

  • Have complex order-routing or fulfillment requirements

  • Need negotiated user access or subscription terms

  • Require dedicated onboarding and support

Enterprise plans are tailored to your catalog size, order volume, marketplace footprint, and operational requirements.

Factors to compare

  • Catalog size: How many products or listings will UniCon manage?

  • Marketplace footprint: How many source stores, destination channels, or marketplace accounts do you need?

  • Order volume: How many orders will flow through UniCon each month?

  • Team access: How many people need to manage listings and orders?

  • Support needs: Do you need standard guidance, faster support, or dedicated onboarding?

  • Growth plans: Are you testing one new channel or building a larger multichannel operation?

How to choose the right tier

  1. Decide whether you're good to start with 2 target channels (Starter plans) or need 3+ right at the beginning (Growth and above).

  2. Tally the active listings you want UniCon to keep synchronized across your connected marketplaces. Multiply them by the number of target channels you plan to connect.

  3. Estimate the number of multichannel orders you expect during your busiest month.

  4. Compare both numbers and use the higher one to determine your minimum tier.

  5. Allow room for near-term growth so you do not outgrow your plan immediately.

For example, say you have 350 active listings on Amazon and want to export them to both eBay and Walmart; that would count as 700 multichannel listings. Even if you only expect 400 total eBay and Walmart orders per month, you still need a tier that supports at least 700 listings. That would be the Starter plan for UniCon on its own, the UniCon 1K add-on for a Seller 365 Reseller customer, or the Brands 1K plan for a Seller 365 Brands customer.

Review the current UniCon plans or Seller 365 pricing for the latest limits and pricing. If your expected usage is close to a plan limit, choose the next tier or contact Sales to confirm the best fit. You will be notified as you approach applicable limits, and you can upgrade when your business grows.
