When you sign up to Seller Metrix, we import your sales data for the past 60 days. During this time, you are unable to access your Seller Metrix dashboard.
The time it will take depends on how much data there is to import and process. Below is an image with a rough estimate. Please note that these times can vary.
More historical sales data
One of the benefits of becoming a paying member is that we import your sales data for the past 18 months.
During this process, you can still access the past 60 days of sales data and you will receive an email as soon as this process is finished. However, this can take a lot longer time than your initial onboarding. Here are some rough estimates:
100 orders/month = 3 hrs
1'000 orders/month = 18 hrs
3'000 orders/month = 45 hrs
10'000 orders/month = 153 hrs
