If you used the SellMeThisPen extension during your client call, you can generate various AI insights afterward, such as:
AI call summary
Scorecards to evaluate what went well and identify areas for improvement
Playbook report to track your playbook adoption and easily find prospect's answers to your questions
📝 Note - you cannot generate AI insights if your call was too short (less than 3 phrases exchanged between each you and your prospect). This will be indicated on your page.
Generating AI Insights
Go to the Meetings tab and find the call you're interested in.
1. AI Call Summary
Look for the AI Call Summary section and click Generate.
2. Scorecards
Go to the Coaching tab and click Generate.
3. Playbook Report
Go to the Playbook Adoption tab and click Generate.
📝 Note - make sure a playbook was selected in the SellMeThisPen extension during your client call.
