In order to start using SellMeThisPen real-time extension on your Zoom Web calls, you need to make sure you have "Automated captions" enabled.
You can do so in just a few easy steps:
Sign in to your Zoom account.
Open "Profile" information https://zoom.us/profile
Open "Settings" page.
Inside the search box type "caption" and press "Enter".
"Automated captions" should be enabled.
Important notes:
Either you or the meeting host need to enable captioning in Zoom.
By default, Zoom Web version will be opened when you join Zoom Meeting, as SellMeThisPen now supports only the Web Client.
Closed captions are available for every meeting participant if the host has enabled closed captioning.
Based on Zoom Web limitations, if the host has captioning disabled on Zoom settings, SellMeThisPen won't be able to capture the transcript. Make sure that "Automated captions" enabled for your Zoom meetings.
